Mr. Emmanuel Ifeanyichukwu Ezeala

Mr Emmanuel Ezeala is the Managing Partner of Ifeanychukwu Ezeala & Co. (Chartered Accountants and Tax Consultants), Alagomeji, Yaba Mr Ezeala graduated from the University of Lagos in 1990 with B.Sc (Hons) in Accounting. He enrolled for the Executive MBA programme at the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Ekiti State and graduated with MBA (Accounting and Finance) in 2008. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, (CITN). He is a member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN). He trained under Messrs Ebinum Onah & Co (Chartered Accountants), and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993.
Mr Emma Ezeala has worked in various organizations both as an Accountant and Internal Auditor, including Orange Drugs Ltd, Ilupeju Lagos, Nigeria Law School, Victoria Island, General Oil Ltd, Chisco Transport Ltd, etc. Mr Ezeala is married with children.
Mr. Magnus Okoro

Mr Magnus Okoro is a 1990 Accounting graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Owerri, Imo State, and Oxfordbrookes University, U.K. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He trained in both Duro Agboye & Co, as well as Okorie Laz & Co. (Chartered Accountants).
He joined Nigerian Ropes Plc in 1993 as Internal Auditor and rose to the position of Chief Accountant. Mr. Okoro has held various management positions in various companies including Chartered Aluminium Systems Ltd, Chicason Group of Companies, Emzor Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Fymak Marine & Oil Services Nigeria Ltd, etc. Mr Okoro is married with children.
